How do I know my pilot is qualified?
Every pilot is FAA Part 107 certified, identity-verified through Stripe Identity, and has their drone equipment manually reviewed by our team. You see their rating, completed missions, and reviews before they ever fly your job.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
You get 72 hours to review the deliverables. Not happy? Request one revision, free. Still not happy? Open a dispute and our team steps in. Your money is held in escrow the entire time.
How fast will a pilot claim my mission?
Most missions get claimed in under 4 hours. In dense markets, often within minutes. The clock starts the moment you post.
What does it actually cost?
You set the price. $150 minimum. The pilot keeps ~77%, the platform takes ~23% (which covers insurance, payment processing, and the platform itself). No hidden fees. Ever.
Is my property insured during the flight?

What if the weather sucks?
We show pilots a real-time flight conditions widget when they consider claiming. If conditions go bad on mission day, the pilot can propose a reschedule directly in the app. No penalty for either of you.
